Walroth-Sadurní Law Celebrates 25 Years!

On 24 April 2020, Walroth-Sadurni Law proudly celebrated the twenty-fifth anniversary of its founding. From the very beginning, our firm has represented each client on the basis of the following belief philosophy: “ . . . your legal matter is very personal to you, deserving of personalized attention and legal representation tailored to your needs”. Our belief and philosophy has underscored our commitment to provide each client with prompt and well-reasoned legal representation that is coordinated with your strategic plans and needs, wherever they may be required.

During the past twenty-five years, we have had the fortune to represent and assist many clients from a great diversity of countries, including the United States, Mexico, Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Hong Kong and more with their legal transactions and other matters. While it is the nature of our firm to have represented our clients with substantial and complex legal matters in the United States and in Mexico, with the assistance of excellent local counsel, we have also represented many clients with foreign legal transactions and other matters in Canada, Spain, England, Switzerland, Argentina, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Haiti and others.

During this period of time, we have successfully represented our many clients throughout several significant and historic economic crisis, including the Mexican “Tequila Crisis” of 1995, the “Dot Com” recession of 2000, the “Great Recession” of 2008 and the “Swine Flu” pandemic of 2009.
